My role is to change that.

I’m a business psychologist who specialises in operational efficiency and change management. I work with enterprise-level leaders to uncover what’s slowing the business down and fix it at the root.

Just clear insight, smart systems, and change people want to follow.

My Journey

Creating Core Potential Solutions has been shaped by one driving question: How can I make the biggest impact?

It started in the public sector, working with people experiencing homelessness and complex mental health needs. From there, I supported individuals through acute psychiatric care and community crisis teams.

I saw the same problems repeat: poor systems, ineffective leadership, and organisational resistance to change.

That realisation led me to organisational psychology - where I could influence what actually shapes outcomes: leadership, culture, structure, and strategy.

With an MSc in Organisational Psychology, I moved into organisational development roles within the NHS, then into consultancy across sectors and countries.

I’ve since worked with organisations across the UK, US, Middle East, and Australia partnering with global firms like Talogy, Mercer Talent Enterprise, Aon, and Bailey & French.

Those experiences taught me that no two organisations are the same, and the best solutions are tailored, practical, and human.
